Refund policy

At Indigo Studio, every garment is carefully handcrafted, inspected, pressed, and packed before dispatch. As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we currently offer size exchanges only. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Size Exchanges

If you require a different size, you may request one size exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Only one size exchange is permitted per item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, alterations, or damage.

Exchange requests received after 7 calendar days cannot be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Custom-made or altered garments.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without original tags or original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or damage.

If Your Size Is Unavailable

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Store credit:

  • Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

How to Request an Exchange

To request a size exchange:

  1. Email us at indigostudiopk@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and the size you require.
  3. Wait for confirmation before returning the item.
  4. Pack the garment securely with all original tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the exchange is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved exchanges are generally processed within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Delivery of the replacement item will depend on your location and courier service.
