Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Timings may vary for remote locations, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery across Pakistan is Rs.250. Delivery is free on orders of Rs.15,000 or more.
Will my Cash on Delivery order be confirmed?
Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. A Cash on Delivery order may be held until confirmation is received.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed after payment verification.
How do I share proof of bank transfer?
Send the payment receipt on WhatsApp together with your name, order number and the phone number used at checkout.
Exchanges & refunds
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer size exchanges requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Each order is eligible for one exchange, subject to availability and the item meeting our exchange conditions.
What conditions apply to an exchange?
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from perfume, makeup or marks, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
What if the replacement size is unavailable?
Where the required replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future use.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not normally offered. A refund may be considered where legally required or where a confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.
Products & care
Are handmade garments exactly identical?
No. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement and handcrafted detail are natural and form part of the character of artisan-made products. They are not considered defects.
How should I care for my Indigo Studio garment?
Follow the care instructions supplied with the garment. We generally recommend gentle hand washing or professional dry cleaning depending on the fabric and embellishment. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach and prolonged direct sunlight.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the product measurements and contact us on WhatsApp before ordering. Share your measurements and preferred fit, and our team will offer practical guidance.
Why may the colour look slightly different?
Colours can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and the handcrafted dyeing or printing process.
