Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed after payment has been verified.
Will my Cash on Delivery order be confirmed?
Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. An order may be held until confirmation is received.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once it has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Delivery
Where are orders dispatched from?
Indigo Studio is based in Karachi, and orders are dispatched from Karachi to customers across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within one to two business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–3 business days within Karachi and 5–7 business days elsewhere in Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is PKR 250 on every order, regardless of order value. There is no free-delivery threshold, and the same charge applies across Pakistan.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is not currently available.

Exchanges and refunds
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer one size exchange per eligible item when requested within seven calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability and our exchange conditions.
What happens if the replacement size is unavailable?
Store credit may be issued for future use where the required replacement size is unavailable.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not normally offered. A refund may be considered where required by law or where a verified manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.
What conditions apply to an exchange?
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from perfume, makeup or marks, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Products and sizing
Are handmade garments exactly identical?
No. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement and handcrafted details are natural and form part of the character of handmade products. These variations are not considered defects.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose your usual size where available. Because every silhouette and fabric falls differently, contact our customer care team on WhatsApp with the product name, your usual size and your preferred fit before ordering. We will guide you using the information available for that piece.
How should I care for my Indigo garment?
Dry Clean Only. Do not machine wash or bleach. Dry in shade and warm iron on reverse if required.
