3. Products

Every Indigo garment is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch.

As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, fabric texture, and handcrafted details are a natural part of the production process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

A product is unavailable.
Pricing or product information contains an error.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Payment cannot be verified.
The delivery address cannot be serviced.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any applicable refund will be processed promptly.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible locations within Pakistan and may require order confirmation before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
